Refund policy
If you receive a product from VOCCA®, you can rest assured that it will be in excellent condition. However, if the quality of the product is not up to your expectations upon delivery, you must contact admin@vocca.co within two hours of receiving the order, along with a detailed explanation and photographs, to request a replacement or exchange. Please be aware that because our products are perishable, we cannot process any requests for reshipment without proper supporting documents. VOCCA® also reserves the right to limit the number of replacements.
