If you order from VOCCA website, we will bring your products to your door, ensuring that they arrive quickly and safely. If you order using Noon or other e-commerce platforms, your items will be delivered by them

An exchange, refund, second-purchase discount, or credit note may be provided if goods are returned in their original and saleable condition. Damaged or unsealed merchandise will not be accepted unless the product or delivery service is of poor quality. For refunds or exchanges, a valid sales receipt is required. Under specific situations, we reserve the right to reject refunds, swaps, second-purchase, or credit notes on perishable food goods.
