of them. Before ordering anything from our site, please read these terms and conditions
carefully and make sure you understand them.

You agree to be bound by these terms and conditions by ordering any of our items
(including our privacy policy, delivery information and terms and conditions relating to promotions.)

We may update these terms from time to time to reflect changes in the way we receive
payments from you or changes in applicable laws and regulations. You should review these terms and conditions each time you order products from us to ensure that you understand the terms that will apply to our contract with you at the time.

These terms, as well as any contract between us, will only be written in English.

Products

All items on our website are subject to availability. If the product you ordered is not
available, we will replace it with a similar product of equal or greater value. Of course, if time permits, we will attempt to contact you regarding the proposed substitution; however, because the majority of orders are time sensitive, we may not be able to do so. If the principal characteristics of the goods differ from those ordered, you will be given the choice to either reconfirm or cancel your order.

We will notify you through email if we are unable to supply you with a product due to an error in the price on our website, and we will not execute your order. Unless otherwise stated in the product description, all of our items have a shelf life of 6-8 weeks. 

The product photographs on our website are solely for illustration purpose, and your products may differ slightly from those images.We have a legal obligation to provide products that comply with the terms of our contract.

Our Agreement with You

These terms and conditions will apply to any contract we enter into with you, the
consumer, for the sale of products. Only consumers are allowed to utilize our items (that means people who want to buy our products for their personal consumption or as gifts for friends or family and not for any business purposes e.g. for resale). If we have reason to believe you are purchasing our items for business purposes, we have the right to reject or cancel your order.

Please click "Add to basket" to place an order for a specific product on our website. You can then finalize your order by clicking the sign up button at the top of the page and following the instructions (which include giving payment and delivery information). Before submitting your order to us, you can review it and make any necessary changes.

You will receive an email from us acknowledging the contents of your order as well as any personalization. Please keep in mind that this does not imply that your order has been approved. We will only accept your order (and constitute a contract) when we ship the products to you. We'll send you an email once the products have been shipped.

When we deliver the products to the address you provided, delivery will be complete, and the products will be at your risk and responsibility from that point forward. When we receive complete payment, including all applicable delivery charges, you own the
merchandise.

Because the online delivery options are for orders that do not exceed regular delivery costs, we reserve the right to change delivery prices if necessary. When a high number of items are ordered or delivery to several addresses is requested, additional fees may apply.

Returns, refunds, and cancellations

We make every effort to deliver the delicious chocolates you've ordered in pristine
condition and on time. If, on the other hand, your chocolates do not come within the time limit you paid for, are damaged, or are not as described, we will gladly issue a refund or replacement as specified in the following paragraphs.

If we fail to deliver any goods by the agreed delivery date, you may cancel your order
immediately if (a) we have refused to deliver the goods, (b) delivery within the delivery deadline was essential (taking into account all relevant circumstances), or (c) you told us before the contract was made that delivery by the agreed delivery date was essential.

If you don't want to cancel your purchase right away (or don't have the legal right to do so in the situations described above), you can offer us a new delivery deadline, which must be realistic, and you can cancel your order if we don't reach it.

If you have any questions or issues, our customer care representatives would be pleased to speak with you further. You must return the items to us as soon as possible, but no later than 14 calendar days after notifying us of your decision to cancel the contract.

We want to make your custom chocolate box distinct, but VOCCA has the right to refuse
images that are considered obscene, pornographic, indecent, discriminatory, or defamatory. VOCCA shall not be held liable for any offense caused by any of the photographs uploaded.

Payment and Pricing

Visa, American Express, Mastercard, and Maestro are all accepted forms of payment. Prior to shipping, all orders are positively credit card sanctioned, so please double-check the information you supply. We require the credit card holder's registered address, which is used to authenticate your order with your credit card company. We cannot be held liable if an order is delayed due to incorrect or invalid payment information being provided.

Prices for our products are as listed on our website and may change from time to time, but changes will not affect any orders that have already been shipped. Our product prices do not include delivery charges. Our Website offers a multitude of products, and despite our best efforts, it is always possible that some of the products mentioned are wrongly priced. Prices are usually checked as part of our shipment procedures. If the correct price of a product is higher than the price represented on our website, we may reject your purchase without liability to you and notify you of the rejection. Even if we have issued you an order confirmation, we are under no duty to supply products to you at an incorrect (lower) price if the pricing error is evident and unmistakable and might reasonably have been recognized by you as a pricing error.

Receipt for VAT

All prices include the required rate of VAT. If you are entitled to claim this sales tax, we can provide you with a VAT receipt upon request.

Corporate Orders

If you're placing an order on behalf of a company, this section just applies to you. You certify that you have the authority to bind a business if you purchase products from our site on its behalf. These terms and conditions (and all documents referenced to in them) represent the whole agreement between you and us, superseding all prior agreements, written or oral, relating to its subject matter. You acknowledge that you do not rely on any statement or representation that is not set out in these terms or the documents referred to in these terms when you enter into a contract with us. Based on any statement in these terms and conditions, neither of us shall be able to sue for innocent or negligent misrepresentation. You promise not to resell our products.

We make no representations, warranties, or undertakings in relation to the products, except as expressly stated in these terms and conditions, and any representation, condition, or warranty that might be implied or incorporated into these terms and conditions by statute, common law, or otherwise is excluded to the fullest extent permitted by law. We are not, for example, responsible for ensuring that the products are appropriate for your needs.

Other Important Terms

We may transfer our contractual rights and obligations to another organization, but this will have no bearing on your rights or our obligations under these conditions. Any contract is between you and us, and no one else has the authority to enforce its terms. If any part of these terms and conditions is found to be unenforceable, the enforceability of the remaining portions will not be affected
