An exchange, refund, second-purchase discount, or credit note may be provided if goods are returned in their original and saleable condition. Damaged or unsealed merchandise will not be accepted unless the product or delivery service is of poor quality. For refunds or exchanges, a valid sales receipt is required. Under specific situations, we reserve the right to reject refunds, swaps, second-purchase, or credit notes on perishable food goods. Highvalue orders (which we feel are fraudulent or with the goal to cause damage to the goods ordered), foreign orders, and orders where the product has been purposely damaged are examples of these.
